Brief introduction
Biaxial geogrids are made of high polymer by the process of being stretched out, formed into lamella, punched regularly and then elongated at longitudinal and transverse orientation. It has much higher longitudinal and transverse tensile strength. Its structure can provide a perfect and efficient standing and diffusing chain system in soil, which is suitable for the reinforcement of ground foundation in large area permanently.
 
Applications
Biaxial geogrids can be used as the reinforcement of ground foundation of permanently bearing in large area such as roads, railways embankment, slopes, tunnel, airport, parking site, docks and ground for cargo laying on. The main applications and advatntages are as follows:
a.       Enhance the bearing capacity of road foundation, and extend the working life of roads.
b.       Prevent road surface from collapse, crack so as to keep its beautiful appearance.
c.       Be convenient to use, save time, and decrease the maintenance cost.
d.       Prevent tunnel from cracking.
e.       Further solidify slopes to prevent water and soil from loss and erosion.
f.        Reduce the surface thickness of the ground, and saving cost.
g.       Reinforce the net for growing grass on the slopes so as to stabilize the surrounding green field.
h.       Be used for artificial top net of mines instead of the more expensive metal material.
